A Perfect Blend Of Comfort And Style - Festival Kurti

India is the land of festivals which are celebrated with great luminescence and significance of culture. Here, the outfit becomes the foremost factor. Festival kurti becomes the ideal choice for all festivals as they come in diversity of styles, designs and patterns. They are designed as both short and long length garments, accompanied by a tight or loose fit salwar. Kurtis come as party wear, regular wear and ethnic wear.

There are mainly four types of kurtis worn by Indian ladies. Punjabi, Bihari, Rajasthani, Gujrati kurtis. Punjabi kurti is half or full sleeved with length below waist and no front or back opening. Bihari kurti is a combination of choli and jacket. Kurtis of Rajasthan are full sleeved, tight fitting and button-less with too much embroidery. Gujrati kurtis falls just below the waist and have a light and printed fabric with less embroidery. Festival kurtis are designed as party wear with a slight touch of embroidery.

Apart from type, there are various styles of kurti too, like printed cotton kurtis which can be worn with jeans for office or college purpose; a regular length Rajasthani kurti accompanied with a long skirt; pairing up a long length kurti with a matching churidar; or dhoti style kurti which came into trend in 2015. Some Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra and Prachi Desai were spotted in events wearing dhoti style kurti. It has become the most common attire for ladies of all age group. They like printed, long straight, short, anarkali, designer, frock style kurtis, and the list goes on.

Kurti is the common element in the list of comfortable clothing and designer clothing. These are different from regular kurti in both style and fabric.
